Daniel’s little gallery showcase of some of the artworks of Daniel Allam of Dalmeny NSW Australia. Exploring the theme of the sublime and the beautiful, the call of nature, of the coastal lands in which Daniel dwells. Daniel works with themes of heightened emotion and engagement with nature.
Artist's Statement
I have an inner desire to honour the world around me here in the coastal land of the Yuin People, the First Nations traditional owners of this region. I have adopted the beaches Yabarra and Duesbury as the heart of my work and life.

Having travelled extensively around Australia, this place resonates strongly with me and my creativity. From the first insight into the lands of Yuin Country to now this environment feels like, and represents, home.

As I grow as an artist and resident of this place, I feel more strongly about the responsibility I have to respect the traditional owners and their place in our history. Born in Australia of English migrant parents, I am endeavouring to honour the land and the First Nation custodians, current and past.
